Deposits and balance clearance

  • For Kenya safaris, a deposit of 50% has to be paid when making the bookings. Balance will be paid on arrival prior to the safari starting.
  • For Tanzania safaris, a deposit of 65% will be paid at the time of booking with balance been paid before the safari commences.
  • If you prefer to make payments in full at once when making the bookings, it is still possible to do that.
  • Payments can be made electronically through bank transfer or by credit or debit cards at no added costs. For payments made through Wire Transfer, please remember to include bank charges.

Cancellation policy
If for some reasons you happen to want to cancel a safari you had booked in advance, Safari Fellows is going to deduct all cancellation costs related to accommodation and service charges. The following will be the amount to be deducted from the deposit paid.

What is included in the safari price
The quoted encompasses all expenses in terms of safari vehicle, driver guide, meals on safari, accommodation fees, and park and game reserve entrance fees.

Transport on safari
When on safari, you will be transported with tour vehicles, pop-up top minivans, and pop-up top 4X4 land cruisers as per your itinerary. Take note that Safari Fellows will have the right to enlist the services of a similar sun-contractor when need be.

English speaking driving guide will accompany you for your safari. Upon request, we can proved French, German, Italian, Finish, and Spanish speaking driver guides.

Accommodation when on safari
Accommodation will be on your selected level of lodge or tented camp on basis of two people sharing a room. For single rooms, you will need to pay the single room supplement. 

Safari Fellows and its agents only act as agents of the tours and can thus not be held liable for any delays, injuries, and losses.

Safari Fellows liability to all guests carried on Safari Fellows vehicle is based on the laws in place in the country where the safari is taking place.

Safari Fellows cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of baggage.
